UK Injury Claims (ukinjuryclaims.uk) provides free information and a 60-second eligibility assessment for people who have been injured in accidents that weren’t their fault.

What We Do

We help you check whether you may be eligible to make a personal injury claim. Our online assessment covers:

• Road traffic accidents
• Accidents at work
• Slips, trips and falls
• Medical negligence
• Industrial disease

If you complete our assessment and consent to being contacted, we may pass your details to a personal injury solicitor who can discuss your claim. We may receive a fee for this introduction.

What We Don’t Do

We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. We do not represent you in legal proceedings. We do not guarantee that you have a valid claim.

No Win No Fee

Claims introduced through our service are handled on a No Win No Fee basis. This means:

• You pay nothing if your claim is unsuccessful
• If you win, your solicitor deducts a success fee of up to 25% from your compensation
• You keep the remaining 75% or more of your compensation

Limitation Period

Personal injury claims in England and Wales must generally be made within 3 years of the accident (or the date you became aware of your injury). Different rules apply to children and those without mental capacity.
